Use rating to determine final grade. Enter data in the computer system/liliCompare sample melts to production specifications on Cyberdocs/liliWeight fines and verify specifications/liliTake sample plugs of non-Leprino cheese as required/liliPull samples from large bags to fill whirl paks to send to the lab for evaluation/liliUpdate Daily Ingredient Log in the computer/li/ulOutsideulliNotify Cheese Supervisor is temperature of cheese is out of specification/liliPerform metal detector checks and enter data into computer/liliSlice sample from block of cheese, grind in Hobart and fill whirl pak to send to lab. Also, taste cheese for any noticeable out of specification flavor.
