The focus is to drive measurable operating impact improvement on quality, delivery, cost, safety and profitability. The Director, Continuous Improvement North America will also lead the development of AMS 2.0 as ARP seeks to mature its operating concept to meet profitable growth imperatives. As a result, this position will also coordinate with ARP's Latin America business unit on
