The Production Operator job requires the right candidate to be responsible for performing various operations necessary to produce silicon carbide wafers in a safe and reliable manner while also meeting production schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor & operate process equipment ensuring quality and conformance to standard operating procedures Interaction with computer controlled

• Process equipment Interaction with computer-controlled Metrology equipment Handling and loading raw materials

• Troubleshooting processes, tools and equipment

  Must Have Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Willing and able to work a 12hour rotating day and night shift (3 on, 2 off, 2 on)

• Willing and able to work overtime, including holidays, weekends, and on short notice call in as required Knowledge and experience with computer systems

• Ability to work independently & as a team Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with clean room protocols

• Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing processes & 5S organizational practices Experience with production recording software such as SAP Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) or other equivalent Manufacturing Operations software
