JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervises technicians and other staff responsible for handling equipment, tools and process claims. May also supervise employees who design, construct, maintain, calibrate and repair equipment tools, fixtures, and dies. Ensures necessary equipment and tools are available to perform maintenance requests.

• Previous experience working as a tool and die maker

• Prefer that the candidate have a journeyman's card through the DOL

• Previous experience supervising skilled trades

• Experience training employees to become a tool and die maker
