As a member of the Change Management Team, the Change Order Coordinator you will help manage the change request process ensuring the effective implementation and closure within the QMS change approval and implementation process in a timely manner.

The Change Order Coordinator works for Manufacturing Engineering group and is responsible for the recording, tracking, implementing and reporting of system performance. This role will establish and maintain close working relationships with change order owners across difference cross functional roles to assist in timely closure of change order requests.

Primary activities include routing change order for task completion/approvals, verify proper GDP of all work, implement changes, and maintain, update revision histories and tracking change order progress. Working under QMS controls the Change Order Coordinator will implement with high accuracy required updates to controlled documents which establish the basis of validation for our manufactured products. This position will also track system KPI’s to measure performance and system workload and report monthly performance.

  • High school diploma required.

  • Associates degree preferred.

  • 2+ years of data entry experience, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word required.

  • 2+ years in a manufacturing environment required.

  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft suite, QAD, and QMS software systems required.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a team and independently required.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills required.

  • Strong interpersonal skills requied.

  • Experience with change order system, plant floor work packets, Bill of Materials, routings, and work instructions preferred.
