Job Description

This is for a local candidate to the Bridgman, MI area no PD or relocation will be paid.

ESSENTIAL DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Removes snow and ice from roads, building walkways and steps; may rake leaves, clean and sweep litter.

  • May perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in grounds keeping.

  • Perform minor building maintenance, plumbing, painting etc.

  • Move office furniture and supplies.

  • May perform routine labor and maintenance duties when grounds keeping work has been completed.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:Valid Driver's License.
