Quality Control TechnicianCompany:Kanaan Communications, LLC provides a wide range of services to telecommunications providers including engineering services; outside plant construction (Aerial/Underground); plant maintenance; network upgrades including node splits, fiber coax splicing, and activation/certification work. Join the Kanaan Communications Team!Responsibilities:ulliInspect all field installation and Outside Plant work performed by technicians and subcontractors./liliAssess the work performed in accordance to all MSO and technical specifications./liliGenerate complete reports to management reflecting the quality of the work performed./liliPerform or assign necessary repairs and/or modifications to meet specifications./liliComplete all safety and QC related paperwork, data entry, and reporting processes./liliCoach employees and subcontractors as needed as part of a continuous improvement process and initial new-hire training program./liliInterface with subscribers and customers to address quality related complaints generated from work performed by Kanaan employees and subcontractors./liliPerform local safety inspections and preliminary incident investigations on site as needed./liliManage materials and coordinate joint trench projects with electrical contractors./liliAdhere to and set the example for all safety policies.
