RESPONSIBILITIES This Inventory Expeditor position will be responsible for all of the administrative activities for our export business which will include, but not limited to: Order Management Entering export orders Receive customer PO and validate accuracy and assuring product availability Confirm availability date with customer shipping location Update and communicate shipping schedule with storage facility Field any shipment or customer shipping or billing concerns; Customer point of contact Address any logistical concerns; Problem resolution Export Documentation Management Generate shipment specific export documentation Interact with Customer to create and print bilingual labels as necessary Gain USDA approval for export certification Document control Export Compliance knowledge Owner Packaging and labeling compliance (Maintaining understanding and/or requirements) Up to date on export regulations (Website research, USDA Staff) Field audit requests from Foreign Ag Services Manage the processing of Application for export and 9060-5 health certificate Team CFG (Clemens Food Group) Assist Fresh Pork Sales team with Account Management activities Conduct daily customer calls Excess sales assignments Cross train with, and act as a back up, for the Rendering and International Account ManagerQUALIFICATIONS The Export Coordinator role also includes direct interaction with the customer as an intrinsic part of the Customer Solutions team, elevating the customer engagement process towards a one call resolution.
