Plant Material Flow Analyst

  • Schedule Production Lines to Support Customer Demand:

  • Analyze schedule constraints & statuses including:

  • Customer demand status

  • Production line yields

  • Part and Rack inventories

  • Tooling & Engineering status

  • Communicate schedule to Plant Leadership and to all departments

  • Utilize multiple meeting settings as well as email and FPs visual factory techniques

  • Monitor Production Count Accuracy:

  • Review and react to daily reports

  • Maintain Plant Production Count System (P3)

  • Monitor and react to daily inventory count activity

  • Actively participate in the Manage the Change process

  • Monitor Engineering Change process

  • Work to incorporate changes into production scheduling

  • Ensure all production count and inventory systems are updated to support changes

  • Shift will be afternoon 2:00pm- 10:00pm Monday-Friday

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 2+ years experience scheduling or parts follow up in a manufacturing facility

  • 2+ years experience in Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Operations, Transportation & Logistics, Supply Chain Management & Information Systems, Applied Engineering, or Business

  • 4+ years experience in scheduling in a manufacturing facility

  • 3+ years experience in CMMS

  • 1+ years experience in a Stamping Plant or Assembly Plant

  • 1+ years experience in Shipping & Receiving at a manufacturing facility

  • 1+ years experience in material handling / material flow in a manufacturing facility

  • 3+ years experience in production supervision
