  • Fabrication

  • Compliance with all safety rules and regulations

  • Utilize and embrace lean manufacturing activities and other cost reduction activities.

  • Must be willing to work 2nd shift



  • High school diploma or GED.


  • Minimum of 2yr metal forming experience in manufacturing environment


  • Ability to cross train to other cells

  • Able to read a tape measure and read blue prints

  • Able to use air, power and hand tools, especially a torch, grinder and operate a band saw.

  • Mechanically inclined

  • Must have own tools to perform required duties

  • Able to gather and analyze relevant information, and coordinate work with other team members.

  • Contributes information and ideas to development of project plans.

  • Identifies complex problems and recommends solutions.

  • Makes sound decisions on routine matters in support of immediate work group's goals.

  • Functions independently within context of day-to-day activities.

  • Influences how own work assignments are completed. Some creativity in accomplishing assignments and use of discretion and independent judgment required.

  • Work requires analysis using established procedures to solve routine problems.

  • Excellent communication skills.


  • Standing, crouching, bending 8+ hours

  • Lifting - maximum of 50 lbs, overhead crane for large items

  • Repetitive motion - tighten bolts and nuts

  • Environment - factory, high noise area, cutting & grinding

  • Exposure to elements- factory, no air-conditioning

  • Exposure to chemicals, cleaners and weld smoke

  • Must be willing to work 2nd shift
