Coordinates the availability of raw materials; ensures the functioning of production machinery is adequate to meet production demands. Develops, trains and schedules necessary personnel to meet all production demands. Partners with HR for personnel issues, including interviews, hiring, evaluations, corrective counseling, and further training as required./fontfont class="bold"/fontfont class="bold"Position Responsibilities/fontullifont class="bold"Responsible for food safety and quality./font/lilifont class="bold"Supervises production line supervision to ensure product is produced according to Company specifications and meet production, usage, and labor objectives./font/lilifont class="bold"Allocates labor to meet or exceed Company standards./font/lilifont class="bold"Oversees the overall cleanliness of the plant production areas./font/lilifont class="bold"Assures compliance of OSHA regulations and corporate policies./font/lilifont class="bold"Responsible for assuring work force is properly trained in job requirements./font/lilifont class="bold"Ensures flow of critical information to all levels and shifts of plant management./font/lilifont class="bold"Monitors correct ingredient usage at plant standards while maintaining quality objectives./font/lilifont class="bold"Coordinate production requirements with maintenance and engineering to ensure plant objectives are obtained./font/lilifont class="bold"Promotes continuous improvement in production process to improve safety, cost effectiveness, and product quality./font/lilifont class="bold"Maintains a safe work environment for all employees./font/lilifont class="bold"Assures safety awareness and training is provided by front-line supervisors./font/lilifont class="bold"Supports safety programs./font/lilifont class="bold"Reports ingredient usage and labor figures for proper costing and recall requirements./font/lilifont class="bold"Shares key metrics with front-line supervisors to promote continuous improvement./font/lilifont class="bold"Interfaces with Human Resources./font/li/ulfont class="bold"/fontfont class="bold"Position Qualifications/fontullifont class="bold"B.
