Mid-Michigan is looking for a Motivated, Team Building, Positive Individual to fill a
Full-Time opening for a Dock Supervisorat our
Averill Ave. Location$13.00 / Hour
Monday - Friday - 1st Shift Hours
No Nights - No Weekends!! (Except for an occasional Saturday)

Essential Duties
Assists in pickup and delivery schedules
Maintain safe, clean and secure work environment
Assists in training dock personnel
Monitor trash and metal salvage
Maintain positive working relationships with all
Deliver departmental mail, while upholding confidentiality
Adhere to and enforce all policies and procedures
Qualifications
High School Diploma, or Equivalent required
Driver license preferred
Logistics experience preferred?
Management experience required
Knowledge and experience with Unions preferred
Show initiative, good judgement and dependability
Is courteous and tactful
Ability to handle extreme environmental conditions (hot in summer and cold in winter)
Must maintain composure in stressful situations
