Fill out tags to indicate whether the part should be held or shipped out./li liMount parts onto machine fixture and activate water jet./li liRemove part from water jet./li liMonitor operation of water jet to detect malfunctions and inform supervisor or programmer of problems./li liSmooth or scuff part surface and sand part to specified trim lines./li liExamines and feels surface of fiberglass to detect defects./li liFinishes molded parts before and after prime painting./li liOperates vibrating tools with flexibility wrist supports 8 to 12 hours per day./li liHand sand by reaching as much as full length of arm and applying pressure./li liUse pneumatic powered hand sander by reaching and applying pressure to molded parts./li liUse glue guns to apply various parts (such as metal plates) to fiberglass parts./li liUse gravity fed paint guns to apply primer and paint to finished parts./li liAssemble pneumatic drilled holes with hand-applied screws or rivets for attachment/li liMaintain glue guns and glue gun filling stations by wiping down the filling valves, gun, and tips. Also includes filling guns as needed./li liTrim parts to required part specifications using router fixture and pneumatic tools/li liTroubleshoot work-related problems by working in teams to come up with solutions./li liRepair and rework defective parts according to rework and repair instructions./li liStands, walks, bends and holds position to accurately place and remove parts three to four feet in front of oneself./li liLifts up to 40 pound parts from a mold, shipping rack, and/or in and out of assembly fixture./li liWork in extremely hot conditions during certain times of the year./li liWork 40 to 60 hours per week as needed./li /ul Benefits liMedical, Dental, Vision/li li401(k)/li liPaid vacation/li liPaid holidays/li li$200 sign on bonus after 90-days/li liPay rate based on experience/li /ul Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour Benefits: li401(k)/li li401(k) Matching/li liDental Insurance/li liHealth Insurance/li liPaid Tim
