Job Description Summary
The Certified Instrument Assembler primary duty is to assemble intricate parts and assemblies to manufacture circuit cards and chassis assemblies.
Perform repetitive assembly operations which require manual dexterity with reasonable speed and accuracy
Use soldering iron to perform certified soldering as well as tweezers, jeweler's screwdrivers, torque screwdrivers and wrenches, pull test machine and other special equipment on line station throughout assembly process.
Work under microscopes for long periods of time; requires good visual acuity, with or without correction.
- High School Diploma / GED with one year of experience in the assembly of small, intricate parts and assemblies.
Willingness to learn.
Able to work under minimum supervision by being motivated and a self-starter.
Keen attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Windows.
