Aerotek Machine Operator in Grand Rapids, Michigan

Machine Operator openings!

2nd and 3rd shift

2nd shift - 6:30pm-5:00am (4 day work week - if OT Thurs 9pm-5am)

3rd shift - 11pm - 7am (Sunday-Thursday)

This person will be working in multiple departments within production. He/she will be trained in general labor, Shipping, and quality within Auto/Medical/others. The more someone is willing to be cross-trained and flexible working in different areas of the plant, the more successful he/she will be.

Quality inspecting and packing of parts shipped directly to customers, happen when the parts are pressed out, the person will visual inspect and box for shipment.

General Labor duties include pulling product from the lines, coordinating packaging, cleaning up work stations, may involve some training of new employees.

Jobs can change frequently based on demand and work schedules, so multiple parts can be worked on within the same shift.

  • 3 weeks vacation after 90 day contract period

  • $.50-$1.00 raise upon hire in

  • Up to $750 attendance bonus after 90 days
