Currently, we employ about 160 highly motivated and skilled staff members.Job Summary:Insert molding, visual inspection and packaging of components, while maintaining an acceptable quality level.Responsibilities • Operate insert molding machines. • Inspect outgoing product for quality. • Package outgoing components. • Identify record and report defective workmanship. General Duties • Consistently meet or exceed all quality requirements. • Sort product on an "as needed" basis. • Perform special projects and other duties as necessary. Work Ethics • Strict adherence to GRW policies and procedures • Set an example for all employees by exhibiting exemplary work habits and wise use of time• Monitor housekeeping to assure a clean and safe work environmentPhysical Requirements • Standing, walking, or sitting for varying periods of time• Stooping and bending is required• Visual acuity is required• Lifting of up to 30+ pounds is sometimes required• Hand / eye coordination and manual dexterity is requiredQuality System • Responsible for following the standards and guidelines of the latest quality• System, including maintaining departmental records, participating in internal• External audits and following quality procedures on a daily basis. Along with the help of the Quality Plant Manager, drives the initiative to strive for continuous improvementQualification • Prefer high school graduate or equivalent. • Prefer previous manufacturing experience. • Should possess excellent skills in written and oral communication to allow interaction • Should possess good skills in written and oral communication to allow interaction with production employees and management on a professional basis.
