style="font-size: medium;"Job Descriptiondiv class="create-account-free-text job-details-description"Housekeeping SupervisorKeeps premises of retail building in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.ulliAssist Facility Manager/liliClean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, and locker rooms/liliClean rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture/liliLifting chairs and place them over tables (approx chair weight: 20-25 lbs.)/liliMoving chemicals (approx weight 40 lbs)/liliMoving tables (approx weight 40 lbs)/liliOperates different types of equipment (i.e. scrubber, pressure washer, extractor)/liliUse of ManLift or ScissorLift machine/liliWashes windows, door panels and sills/liliBe able to work weekends/li/ulQualifications:To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.Math AbilityAbility to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.Computer skillsBasic computer skills desired but not required.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesSupervision of shift responsibility, handling employee issues.Work EnvironmentThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
