Motus Integrated Technologies 3rd shift Production Team Member in Holland, Michigan

RESPONSIBILITIES: bull; Performs a variety of production operations involving the processing of automotive headliners. This includes loading and unloading materials in and out of equipment bull; Monitors the production process and performs basic job set up functions bull; Performs basic quality checks and auditing of finished product bull; Adhere to and maintain 5S and LEAN Manufacturing standards bull; Support customer requirements for safety, quality and standardized work procedures bull; Function as a member of a work team by contributing and initiating quality, safety and productivity ideas. bull; Exercise cooperation with other personnel and flexibility in job assignments bull; Support team concept by working to achieve production goals bull; Use all tools and equipment in a safe, efficient manner bull; Adhere to all safety rules. Be aware of and responsible for Safety and Housekeeping throughout the entire facility bull; Strong work ethic and organizational skills bull; Perform other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: bull; High School Diploma or GED bull; Previous working experience in a manufacturing production facility preferred bull; Standing for long periods of time (8 hours per day).
