Operations Supervisor (School Supervisor)
Hourly: $22 - $24 Per Hour - $500 sign on after 2 weeks, $2000 after 90 days.
Schedule: Primarily 2nd, Needs to be flexible on hours.

The Operations Supervisor (OS) is a hands-on position that will execute work tasks and oversee team operations at a single or multiple work location(s). The OS will direct the work of 2-10 Teams (8-40 employees) and ensure assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the quality standards set by the Company. It is essential for the OS to ensure their team members have the information, inventory and tools necessary for to be successful, every day.

What You'll Be Doing
Ensure Teams execute planned labor and material budgets at work sites
Work to identify more efficient ways to perform work
- Understand service offerings and communicate upselling opportunities to Account Managers
Customer Retention | Quality Assurance | Service Delivery
Develop a working knowledge of company's standard service offerings, quality standards and site-specific deliverables and ensure team members understand the same.
Establish positive working relationships and communicate as required with key customer personnel.
Ensure team compliance with established site standards.
Communicate regularly with Supervisor to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
Identify customer service issues or concerns and report back to PM.
Proactively assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed.
Work with PM to help to develop and train crew members (standard procedures, proper equipment use and safety).
Coordinate service execution with the PM.
Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
Oversee day to day site operations and delegate work to crew team members.
Ensure all team members clock in and clock out daily.
Ensure job time and materials are allocated correctly at the end of a shift. Report any corrections as needed to PM.
Regularly monitor site consumables inventories and requisition new supplies as needed.
Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles ensure equipment preventative maintenance is performed as needed and equipment is in good working order.
Other tasks and duties as assigned by Supervisor
Leadership | Human Resources
Enforce policies and procedures as issued by company.
Support Team Leads with performance management of their team members.
Maintain Meeting Pulse with Team Leaders.
Provide Operations Manager feedback on Team Leaders
Work with Human Resource and Operations Team to provide a safe environment for employees, customers and the general public.
Education & Experience
- 2-4 years of prior working experience in a service industry.
Skills & Abilities
Ability to organize teams to accomplish service work
Able to work independently and have exceptional problem-solving skills.
Able to operate at a high level of accountability and responsibility for all activities and activities of team.
Established ability to effectively communicate and build successful relationships with team members
Ability to manage jobs and achieve budgeted margins.
Valid drivers license with adequate driving record.
Fluent in technology
Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
