To be the best, we want the best - best brands, best practices and, most importantly, the best people.Job DescriptionProduction Line Leads will be fully engaged in the operation of the line and ownership of the area.The Lead positions oversee employees assigned to the line, cover breaks, complete OSCAR boards paperwork, etc.The Lead positions will primarily be on the offshifts, oftentimes working on 2nd and/or 3rd working (depending on seniority, skills, and ability). There are many opportunities for overtime (for example, working 5:30pm - 6:00am).
