divEssential Functions:/divulliAbility to operate the following types of equipment:/liliStencil printer/liliSM placement equipment/liliOffline loading station and systems/liliSupport servers/liliReflow oven equipment/liliInspect board assemblies./liliOperate the line to prescribed production run rates./liliPerform line changeovers between production runs./liliProficient and ability to solder add on components./liliSet up new assemblies under the direction of the Manufacturing Engineer or Lead./liliAbility to maintain productivity while working alone./liliTroubleshoot line problems with components or placement./liliHigh individual level of quality, with proven contributions to the overall department quality./liliHave a thorough understanding of all SoundOff Signal policies, procedures, and systems./liliAble to perform job consistently without excessive absenteeism or tardiness./liliAble to read/understand and follow SoundOff Signal Work Instructions./liliWillingness to work overtime as needed./li/uldiv/divdivSkills/Abilities:/divulliAbility to successfully communicate internally as well as outside contacts./liliComprehend precision math to the 0.0001 (ten thousandths)./liliMust be self-directed and motived with an ability to work independently efficiently without direct supervision./liliDetail oriented./liliUnderstand lean manufacturing principles./li/uldiv/divdivPhysical/Mental/Sensory Requirements/divulliAble to lift up to 40 lbs./liliAble to pinch and grip small parts./liliAble to stand and sit for various length of time./liliAble to bend/twist and reach./liliVisual capabilities to see small parts and small print with or without corrective lenses./li/uldivdiv/divdivMinimum Requirements:/divulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent/liliCustomer service 2 year experience (phone related a plus)/liliAbility to read, write and speak English with a high degree of accuracy and clarity/li/ul/div
