We're an award-winning automotive supplier for automotive floor carpet and acoustic systems and components. This is a new position, open to company growth, and we need this person to manages and coordinate activities of the maintenance department to support manufacturing operations, equipment and processes.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Plans the utilization of equipment, facilities, materials, and maintenance personnel to improve throughput, inventory and operating expenses.

  • Supports new products, processes and tooling.

  • Responsible for leading maintenance systems, overseeing the continuous improvement of maintenance department processes and procedures.

  • Plans, directs, and coordinates maintenance processes in plant; develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.

  • Responsible for effective utilization and upkeep of PLCs and robotics.

What You Need for this Position

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.

  • Minimum of 3 years of maintenance management experience in manufacturing

  • Working knowledge of PLCs and robotics a HUGE plus
