Kforce has a client that is seeking a Production Supervisor 4 in Lansing, MI.Responsibilities:

• Union environment with shift rotations - supplemental on call

• Supervising 25 hourly people

• Team structure with team leaders that oversee smaller teams

• Assembly plant and manufacturing environment

• Supervisory experience in an automotive manufacturing environment

• Written and oral skills: must present and report out

• Computer skills: navigate Microsoft Office

• Analytical skills: problem solving and managing the teams to help them solve problems

• Flexibility for worker schedule is a must: must work multiple and rotating shifts

• Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
