Job Description:uPosition Summary/uOperation of production equipment that is used to produce the Company's products. Equipment in production units including envelopers, laser printers, sorting machines, correction terminals, COMs, postage meters and unit PCs.uDuties and Responsibilities/uulliOperate multiple laser printers simultaneously without supervisor./liliAdhere to quality control procedures./liliRead and correctly complete job sheets./liliExhibit flexibility to ensure there is adequate work coverage./liliIdentify production related problems and notify supervisor in a timely manner./liliMaintain logs of files received and released./liliPerform recovery processes when necessary within client SLA requirements./liliEnsure that daily back-ups are completed and perform monthly back-ups when necessary./liliPerform minor repairs on Laser equipment./liliAssist in other areas when needed./li/uluExperience and Qualifications/uulliPrefer one to two years of printing experienced preferred, but will consider related experience operating computer driven manufacturing equipment./liliKnowledge and understanding of laser room operations./liliMust have good organizational, multi-tasking and detail oriented skills./liliManual dexterity with mechanical aptitude a plus./liliGood understanding of MS Windows./liliHS Diploma or equivalent./li/uluKnowledge, Skills and Abilities/uulliStrong communication skills, both verbal and written./liliStrong attention to detail./liliGood troubleshooting and problem solving skills./liliMust be flexible and a team player./liliAbility to lift up to 50 lbs./liliAble to work 8-10 hour shifts, weekends, OT at short notice./liliConstant standing, walking, lifting 8 to 10 hours daily./li/ulAn Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action EmployerBR/Exela is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equality opportunity employer.
