MCM is currently looking for assemblers on 2nd shifts, this position works Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays. style="text-align: center;"$350.00 Bonus after 60 daysulli1st shift 6:00am to 2:30pm 2nd shift 3:30 pm - 12:00 am/liliSUMMARY:/li/ulPerforms repetitive bench or line assembly operations to cut small component parts for the automotive industry by performing the following duties:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:ulliAssembles automotive components by utilizing waving tools, glue guns, staple guns, rivet machine, roll coaters, bladder wrap, spray booth, and/or other hand tools, following guidelines found in the companies blue books./liliWorks as member of assembly group assembling one or two specific parts and passing unit to another worker in the area./liliWorks at different work stations as production needs required or shifts from one station to another to reduce fatigue factor./liliWorks on line where tasks vary as different model of same article moves along line./liliMeets and/or exceeds quality standards and productivity requirements./liliFollows company and safety rules./liliImplements and follow ISO 14001 and TS16949 policies and procedures./liliImplements and follows TS/ISO 16949 and EMS policiesrocedures./liliOther duties may be assigned/li/ulQUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
