As the recognized resource, perform construction documentation, calculations and office work. Participate in and oversee the following: Construction and quality control inspection activities designed to ensure that highways, bridges, and allied transportation facilities are constructed to the plans and specifications contained in contractual construction agreements. Review and document project records for adherence to standards.
