You will be responsible to plan, direct, and coordinate the manufacture of our exhaust systems in accordance to our company objectives, achieving cost targets and consistent with delivery and quality requirements. We pride ourselves on moving through the process quickly, and you can be sure of transparency and prompt communication.ESSENTIAL DUTIESGuide the leadership team in developing effective communication and systems for positive growth and financial success.Develop and maintain an effective organization through monitoring and assessing success in selection, training, compensation, and motivation of all personnel.Prepare and implement operating plans and strategies consistent with the agreed-to business plan and guide these managers in the preparation of annual budget goals and attainment of annual Business Unit goals.Plan the use of facilities, equipment, and personnel to meet current and future manufacturing requirements, including department budgets and guidelines, plant layout and improvement, and capital expenditure programs.Maintain and improve product income levels through waste reduction, cost reduction, Kaizen events, and cost improvement plans.Required SkillsQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Production Management, Business Administration, or Mechanical Engineering.At least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing plant, with at leastfive years at a leadership level.Automotive manufacturing experience highly preferred.
