Corteva Agriscience™ has exciting opportunities within Logistic Services for Logistics Technicians. The Logistics Service’s mission is to provide superior value through unyielding focus on safety, customer service and efficient utilization of resources to all businesses within Michigan Operations. We are seeking highly motivated, dependable self-starters who are interested in working for a safe, well-established global company. The position will provide support for Corteva’s manufacturing operations through the packaging and distribution of Corteva’s products. Candidates will rotate through a variety of packaging and warehousing responsibilities.
Responsibilitiesinclude but not limited to:
Packaging products for ourglobal customers
Focal point for material movement
Interacting with chemicalprocesses
Preparing raw materials foroperations
Manually breaking-downpallets of material and products
Arranging,stacking, and repackaging alltypes of materials and products
Affixing labels,stickers or booklets on packaged materials
Safe operation of a fork lift or other heavy equipment

Minimum startingpay is $13.39 and includes career progression based on performance
Potential forovertime opportunities
Eligible for anadditional $0.50 per hour if assigned to a role that covers 24/7 rotatingshifts.

To be qualified for this role, youmust possess the following:
Must have a high school diplomaor GED.
Must have acurrent, valid, United States driver's license.
Must be able to work allapplicable shifts on a rotating basis (including weekends &holidays) and work overtime when needed.
Must be able to demonstratebasic computer skills.
Be able to lift 50 pounds, lifthoses, ball flanges and operate valves and similar equipment routinely.
Communicate effectively acrossa diverse work group.
Follow procedures and practicesto ensure a safe and efficient operation.
Must be able to read, write,and speak English.
Perceive, identify, and respondto plant and site alarms
Successfully complete abackground check and drug screen
Be able to pass a functionalphysical testing and be able to use standard safety equipment
