Due to continued growth, we have an immediate career opportunity for an Automotive Wiring Materials & Inventory Admin with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and initiative.

The Materials Management responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintains records of materials in inventory and on order

  • Monitors reorder points and initiates action to replenish stock

  • Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities

  • Champions inventory management and material control

  • Scheduling and conducting physical inventories

  • Maintaining accountability property and receipt documents

  • Research relative to parts and supplies sourcing and procurement

  • Analyzing data impacting procurement decisions

  • Conduct market research on product pricing and performance

  • Research and analysis of potential cost savings, efficiencies and process improvements

  • Conduct short, mid, and long-term advanced planning for non-expendable assets

  • Perform physical count of inventory and reconcile actual stock count to reports and/or BOLs

  • Ensures all items are properly validated, labeled, and identified in the database and assigned physical locations

  • Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, report generation, answering telephones, assisting team members, other as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • HS diploma or GED

  • Must have experience with motorsports and high performance vehicles

  • General knowledge of automotive wiring components

  • Committed to following process

  • Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data

  • Database management skills

  • Ability to analyze and solve problems

  • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork

  • Ability to receive, validate, stock parts and supplies

  • Clerical, data entry, and office skills

  • Extremely detail oriented and accurate

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, organize, and disseminate large amounts of information

  • Must be able to pass drug test

  • Minimum of 12 months administrative experience with sourcing, materials, inventory experience

  • Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Work, Excel, Powerpoint, and the ability to learn a database system

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers

  • Clear and accurate data entry and documentation skills

  • Strong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple task simultaneously
