Parker has increased its annual dividends paid to shareholders for 63 consecutive fiscal years, among the top five longest-running dividend-increase records in the SP 500 index.b/bbBasic Function:/bTo setup, implement programs, coordinate the operation of any given machine as well as perform the other duties of a Cell Technician II, III, and IV.bResponsibilities:/bIndividuals in this classification are required to successfully complete the Cell Technician I Training Program to develop all of the following requirements.liAssist in training all Cell Technicians.liMust have ability to implement new programs to aid in production and quality improvement as requested.liTrain and assist employee's in all classifications.liRevise program or process to compensate for changes in tooling and tool locations.liProgram part from blueprint, selecting proper fixturing, tooling, inserts, feeds, to provide sustained production within print specifications, in a safe and efficient manner.liAnalyze inspection data to maintain production in specifications.liAnalyze tooling wear to aid in improving operational performance.liSupport development of processes involving work holding, cutting tools, programming , and peripheral equipment that is introduced into the department.liAssist in the selection of capital equipment.liMust be capable of generating or modifying a program utilizing macro's and variables.liKeep work area neat, clean, and organized using the 5S+Safety. liSubmit waste reductions/cost avoidances.liPerform other duties as responsibilities necessitate.b/bbQualifications:/bliHigh School diploma or equivalent.liDemonstrated ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.liExcellent communication and interpersonal, skills.liAbility to adapt to changing roles and changing priorities.b/bParker is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
