Position Overview

Meet established departmental and company objectives. Receive, store and distribute raw materials, packaging supplies and finished goods common to the beverage manufacturing process. Adhere to all Coca-Cola policies /procedure.

Essential Functions

  • Operate a forklift,

  • Loading and unloading trailers,

  • Staging and distributing materials,

  • Cycle counting raw and finished materials,

  • Data entry into the current digital inventory system,

  • Maintaining Good Manufacturing Principles (GMP),

  • Maintaining a clean work area,

  • Work assigned shifts, as determined by business needs, in accordance withwork-week schedules that include a combination of 4, 8, 10, and 12-hour increments.

  • Support safety and quality initiatives

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred

  • Possess a Valid Forklift Driver’s License.

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work in confined spaces and in extreme temperature conditions for long periods of time. Requires manual moving of materials weighing 50 pounds distances of 10 feet or more.

  • Skill to use a forklift to move loads weighing 2500 pounds from heights of 304 inches to various locations throughout the facility and onto trailers.

  • Requires basic math skills. Basic computer skills.

  • Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English.

  • Ability to understand, record, and communicate product codes and descriptions.

  • Maintain a good attendance record. Know and follow all company prescribed GMP, safety, attendance and rules of conduct guidelines.

Job Location and Work Conditions:

Work is performed on the shipping and receiving dock and throughout multiple warehouse locations and in a multi-level production facility. Work requires exposure to temperature extremes, high noise levels, wetness, heights, fumes, dust, vibrations, etc.

EQUIPMENT: Forklift, computer, specialized software, scales, hand tools, hand trucks, hoses, cleaning chemicals, and any equipment as may be identified as required for the position.
