ON SITE JOB FAIR WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 5TH, 2020: 9AM-7PM40485 Schoolcraft Rd., Plymouth, MI 48170Face Masks Required!table width="685"tbodytrtd width="685"Starting Pay based on experience: $15.00-$17.00/hour, plus a shift premium!Summary/Objective:/td/trtrtd width="685"Depending on skill level, operators produce parts, set-up/change over machines and troubleshoot two multiple spindle screw machines equipped with an automatic indexing and feeding mechanism to machine metal bar stock by performing the following duties./td/trtrtd width="685"Essential Functions:/td/trtrtd width="685"emScrew Machine Operators All Levels:/emOperate multiple screw machines assigned. Load appropriate bar stock for part assigned.Follow quality and packaging procedures to ensure part is within customer specifications. Use blue print, tool change charts, packaging instructions, audit sheets, quality alerts, gages and visual inspection as required for the specific part.Perform production activities to meet the assigned part per hour goals. (PPH)Maintain productivity boards at the work center and enter production, scrap, downtime and daily notes into the Plex system. Print and attach labels to specified container.Maintain good daily operation of the equipment by using required coolant, oil, solvent, rust preventative and air in the proper amounts.Clear routine equipment faults or stoppages.Conducts basic machine maintenance as described above and keep work area clean, organized and safe.Participate in physical inventory activities as requested.Trains/mentors other operators as assigned.Notifies supervisor or leader/technician of any equipment, material or quality and scrap issues.Participates in proactive team efforts to share knowledge/skill to achieve departmental and company goals.Support and comply with all Master Automatic company/safety standards and standard operating procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resource Department.emAdditional Definition of Skill Levels:/emuLevel 1 Operators/uConsidered basic operators who are newly out of our internal training program or with basic operator skills from previous experience. Level 1 operators need to maintain good work performance/attendance for 4 years.
