You will be responsible for ensuring adequatelevel of performance, discipline, integrity, and productivity of employeesSchedule and ensure an adequate level of trained employees on theplant floorReport and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenanceproblems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays to maintainalignment with budget expectationsPerform production reporting on incentives and productivityInspect machines and equipment to ensure specific operationalperformance and optimum utilizationWork with the location manager to develop or revise standardoperational and working practices and observe workers to ensure compliance withincompany, federal, and state safety and occupational regulationsImplement quality programs communicated by the quality system and qualitypolicyWork with Production Manager to resolve worker grievances orsubmit unsettled grievances to General Manager for actionFollow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines. QualificationsWhat we're looking for:High school diploma or G.E.Dequivalent is requiredMust be at least 21years of age or olderTwo-yeardegree from an accredited college or university preferred2-4years of related experience and/or training preferredAbilityto define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsAbilityto lift up to 60 lbs.Abilityto apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, rations, and proportions topractical situationsAbilityto read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professionaljournals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations Abilityto write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manualsAbilityto effectively present information and respond to questions from managers,clients, customers, and general publicValid driver's license and a safe driv
