This is a 3rd shift position:

What you will do
Manual weld positions requiring MIG and TIG welding across multiple medians. Proficiency in all needed skills will be tested as part of interview process.
Responsible for daily production of a Robotic welding cell with heavy emphasis on Safety, Quality, and throughput.
Prior welding experience preferred, but not required.
Operates metal fabrication equipment.
Makes shop aids such as stops, guides, feeding aids, and blocks to facilitate machine operations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness and ability to work extended workweek including weekends.
Willingness to follow all safety rules. Adhere to policies and procedures established by Stryker Medical.
Able to clearly follow tasks to build product and use detailed guidelines to aid in decision making.
Capability to meet production goals with a desire to exceed them.
Reliable and dependable- by being on-time for scheduled shifts, meetings and trainings.
Manufacturing experience is not required however preferred.
