Assembler

Experienced ELECTRONICS ASSEMBLERS needed ASAP!!

Do you have experience Assembling Electronics, or doing small parts assembly? Do you enjoy working in an environment where you are appreciated and treated as a valuable part of the team? If so, we have the position for you!

One of our clients is looking to fill multiple Electronics Assembler positions at their Rochester Hills location. This is an incredibly clean facility, with climate control. In this position, you will be responsible for assembling and testing products per process specifications. This will include a variety of assembly operations involving the application of plastic connectors and hardware on wire harnesses and/or battery cables.

You MUST have great dexterity and be able to handle EXTREMELY small components. This is not a task for everyone, but if you have the skill set, it is a wonderful opportunity!

JOB DUTIES: - Apply heat shrink, sleeving, labels and spot tie as required - Measure and cut wire utilizing cutting machinery - Operate presses and terminating equipment - Coiling of individual or multiple wires per specified dimension - Soldering of terminals and wire per customer specifications - Application of nylon braiding on wire harnesses and/or battery cables - Cutting of sleeves and convoluted tubing per customer specifications - Other duties as required

You must possess the following qualities... - Great dexterity and ability to handle extremely small components - Great attention to detail - Ability to make quick decisions - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet - Great written and verbal skills - Comfortable using measuring equipment such as gauges and calipers

HOURS OF SHIFT:

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
