Read on: We are currently seeking an Electro Mechanical Technician at our St Charles, MI facility. These team members at Porex are responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment, in addition to problem solve manufacturing and supporting processes. RESPONSIBILITIES liBasic ladder logic programming and troubleshooting (Horner OCS, Rockwell preferred). Ability to create simple programs for the recording/displaying of information as well as ability to troubleshoot and diagnose faults within existing code./li liLicensed Electrician/Industrial wiring capabilities (480 3ph, high current)/li liSensor integration into existing equipment (analog/digital/quadrature/high speed counters)/li liBasic wiring ndash; small panel builds incorporating transformers, HMI panels, field wiring/installation of sensors, etc./li liInstall, maintain, inspect, and initiate repairs and correction of machinery and equipment./li liMaintain and repair the physical infrastructure of the facility./li liInstall and repair electrical apparatus such as transformers, electrical and electronic components of automated machine
