2021 Intern - Manufacturing Systems

Description

Requirements:

• Supporting the regional NA Team with various takes regarding project management (e.g. Project tracking template, Workflow definition)

• Develop and implement Quality planning processes for the needed equipment

• Investigation of production issues and transfer to lesson learned

• Data Analysis and transfer results into actionable steps

• Analyze equipment in regards of cost structure

• Downtime analysis on specific equipment and improvement

• Define and optimize internal process flows (Tutorials)

• Setup plant layouts with Virtual Reality solution

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing University Degree Engineering

• Preference for candidates who possess comprehensive knowledge about robotics, automation and/or Mechatronics.

• Knowledge in statistics, FMEA, Control Plan APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, DOE and product and process capability

• Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and business systems, e.g.: 5S, standardized work, Kanban, visual management

• Professional competencies required: Organizing, Compassion, Ethics / Values, Self Development, Priority Setting, Conflict Management, Action Oriented, and Planning

• Strong interest in Vision Systems, Cobots, Big Data, VR, AR
