This role will advise, coach, demonstrate and support all North American plants in achieving its business targets now and in the future and in preparation for future operating system changes and Directions as defined by company.
Optimized Material Inventory
Inventory record accuracy
Master production Scheduling performance
Optimized release of schedules
Component and assemblies numbering using PLM part numbers
MRP support and training
Capacity level loading
Master data input (aligned with DM)
Root cause analysis of inventory variations
Correct use of DM
Production planning (optimized changeover schedule)
Sharing of best practices between plants
Support for customer specific requirements
Bachelor degree in Supply Chain management or related field
3-5 years’ experience in Managing Materials functions
Automotive experience critical
International experience considered an asset
Six Sigma experience an asset
