QUALIFICATIONS:ulliHigh school diploma or equivalency./liliThree to four years’ janitorial experience with a documented work history performing custodial services required./liliDemonstrated experience in the performance of custodial procedures, quality control, knowledge of janitorial equipment./liliAbility to work with handicapped population./liliInterpersonal skills sufficient to communicate with participants, staff, government officials, and public./liliComposition skills sufficient to prepare required reports./liliMust be able to obtain Department of Defense Security Clearance./liliValid Michigan Driver License and a driving record must meet safe standards as established by Agency insurance carrier./li/ul ESSENTIAL DUTIES:ulliDevelop, implement and maintain complete quality control program (QCP) to assure the requirements of the contract as specified, including a documentation system of the inspections, results and actions./liliIdentifies potential and actual problem areas in providing contracted services./liliMeasures and updates quality standards as needed to ensure compliance with contracts./liliMeets with government officials as deemed appropriate by the officials to discuss quality inspections and discrepancies./liliRecommends corrective actions and documents results throughout life of the contract./li/ul WORKING CONDITIONS:ulliWork involves the ability to work flexible hours./liliWork involves the ability to obtain police clearance or bonded./liliWork involves ability to push and lift equipment, office furniture, and accessories weighing up to 50 pounds./li/ulThe above job description is for informational purposes only and is not intended to be all inclusive or limiting as to specific duties.
