This position is a great opportunity for the right candidate to demonstrate the capability to affect positive change in an exciting, dynamic and growing Company while building a comprehensive knowledge of the business.Essential Responsibilities:ulliAssists with all aspects of creating and processing an order, including the input of customer product records, EDIrsquo;s and pricing structure, order follow up/expediting./liliAssists with sales related procedures including: sourcing, follow-up, returned goods, non-conforming, issuing materials, etc./liliResolution of related account discrepancies./liliTroubleshoots and resolves system issues with orders./liliDevelops effective scheduling processes for jobs and labor./liliOrganizes and preps stock material./liliUpdates and analyzes weekly call logs./liliGenerates daily, weekly, and monthly reports for critical decision-making purposes./liliAccounting interfacing (invoice rejections, non-payment on orders, etc.)./liliDevelops understanding of all types of work in the Mobile Service department and timely completion of assigned tasks./liliUnderstands all policies and procedures within the department and corporation./li/ulKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: ulliHigh School Diploma (required)./liliPrevious work experience (retail environment preferred)./liliCustomer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of personalities./liliBeginner PC skills./liliDemonstrated problem-solving capabilities./liliAbility to work overtime when necessary with appropriate notice./liliOrganizational skills required to prioritize, plan and coordinate work activities and resources in area of responsibility.
